Mining Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the CryptoMinebit platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. You are responsible for complying with any local laws in your jurisdiction. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service and Support

• Scope of Service: We provide access to cryptocurrency mining hash power through our platform. Our responsibility is to maintain the operational integrity of our mining facilities and ensure the accurate allocation of hash power and rewards to your account.

• Support Policy: Our support team is available to assist with issues directly related to platform functionality, account management, and payout processing. We do not provide investment advice, technical support for third-party wallets, or general cryptocurrency education.

• Backups and Data Integrity: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and the accuracy of your withdrawal wallet addresses. We are not liable for any losses resulting from compromised account information or user error.

3. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account without a refund:

• System Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or interfere with the normal operation of our platform, including the use of bots, scripts, or other automated methods to gain an unfair advantage.

• Fraudulent Activity: Using our platform for any fraudulent purpose, including money laundering, impersonation, or funding illegal activities.

• Illegal Content: You may not associate your account with any illegal activities or content, including but not limited to terrorism, child pornography, or harassment.

• Account Misuse: Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or referral systems is strictly prohibited.

4. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, with or without cause. Misuse of our support channels with abusive or excessive requests will result in immediate account termination.

No credit or refund will be granted for service interruptions that are the result of violations of this Agreement.
