Refund Policy

We are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with the products they purchase from us. If you encounter any issues with a product, believe it is defective, or are facing any other problems, please submit a ticket to our Helpdesk.

To help our team resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include a detailed description of the problem. For damaged or non-functional items, we require a link and a screenshot of the issue.


When Refunds Are Not Provided

Please note that we do not offer refunds for digital products under the following circumstances:

  • The product works as described, but its features do not meet your specific expectations or you assumed it had different functionalities.

  • You have changed your mind or no longer need the product after purchase.

  • You have found an alternative product you prefer.

  • Your server environment does not meet the minimum requirements to run our software.

  • You have already downloaded the digital product.


When Refunds May Be Granted

We will offer a full refund if the product you’ve purchased meets one of the following criteria:

  • The product is completely non-functional or significantly different from the official demo.

  • You have opened a support ticket and have not received a response from our team within 48 hours (2 business days).

  • The product's description was fundamentally misleading.
